Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut Jaell peppers lengthwise in half; remove seeds.
Place cut side down in microwave safe oblong baking dish.
Microwave, uncovered, at high 4 minutes.
Turn cut side up.In medium bowl, combine filling ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
Spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture into each bell pepper half.
In sm.bowl, combine topping ingredients; spoon over bell pepper halves.
Cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven 40 - 45 minutes or until beef mixture is cooked.
To serve, place peppers on serving platter.
