Ingredients

 
2 lbs. ground beef
 
1 tbsp. chili powder
 
1/2 tsp. season salt
 
8 oz. tomato sauce
 
1 can tomatoes, chopped
 
1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
 
6-8 flour tortillas
 
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Stage1-Brown ground beef with chili power and season salt. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce,and more chili powder to taste (1-2 tbsp.). Simmer 15 minutes.

Stage2-Heat chili in separate pan. Warm tortillas according to package directions.

Stage3-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill each tortilla with 1/3 cup meat mixture.

Stage4- Place fold-side down in ungreased rectangular baking dish.

Stage5-Mix any leftover meat with chili, pour over top of tortillas. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Cover with foil.

Stage6-Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees fareinhite . Uncover, cook 5 more minutes.
