Easy Bake Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (2 3/8 -ounces) seasoned coating mix for chicken
2 to 3 pounds frying chicken, cut up
Directions
Place coating mix in bag provided with mix.
Add chicken pieces, two or three at a time, and shake until evenly coated.
Arrange chicken in (12 x 8-inch) baking dish, with meaty pieces toward outside of dish.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave 20 to 30 minutes on HIGH, or until thickest pieces are fork tender.
