Directions

Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish and drizzle some oil on them.
Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Preheat oven to 375 F and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the grill to 450 F.
Add the yams to a pan and cover them with water. Add 1 tsp salt and bring to a boil.
Cook till they are fork-tender.
Drizzle 1 tsp oil on the steak and rub to coat it. Sprinkle some sea salt and pepper.
