Easy Vegetable Squares Recipe
Easy vegetable squares are cheesy squares prepared with vegetable toppings of choice. Herbed with dill, the vegetable squares are prepared with a crecent rolls base. Layered with cream cheese combined along with salad dressing and mayonnaise, these vegetable squares can be served as snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients
| 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls (16 rolls) | ||
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| 1 teaspoon dried dill weed | ||
| Salad dressing mix | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Toppings | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup shredded Wisconsin Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Monterey Jack cheese | ||
Directions
For crust, unroll crescent rolls and pat into 15 1/2 X10 1/2 X 2-inch baking pan.
Bake according to package directions.
Cool.
Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed and salad dressing mix.
Spread evenly over cooled crust.
Sprinkle with desired toppings and shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese.
Cut into squares
Bake according to package directions.
Cool.
