Ingredients

 Scaloppine1 pound, cubed
 Veal cutlets pieces8
 All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Meatless spaghetti sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Beef-bouillon cube - 1
 Regular package1
 Sharp cheddar cheese1/4 pound, thinly sliced
 Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add flour, salt, and pepper and mix well.
2) Use the mix to coat both sides of the veal and then cut into bite-size pieces with the help of a kitchen scissors.
3) In a pan, add oil and add veal and brown.
4) Add in the spaghetti sauce, water, and bouillon cube and stir till cube is dissolved.
5) Blend the sauce and cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, till the veal is tender.
6) For the noodles, cook as per direction on the label. Drain.
7) Place in 6-cup shallow baking dish that will take broiler heat.
8) Add the hot veal and sauce over, and stir with a fork to mix noodles and sauce.

SERVING
9) When ready to serve, top with sliced cheese, and then grated Parmesan.
10) Slide into heated broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, till the Cheddar is melted.
