Easy Veal Chops Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (1 ml) thyme
4 veal chops
Salt and pepper
4 bacon slices, each cut into 4 pieces
Directions
– Preheat oven to broil.
– In a small bowl, pour first 3 ingredients.
– Baste veal chops with mixture, then place in broiling pan, 6 inches (15 cm) from heat source. Broil at least
2 minutes on each side, and season with salt and pepper.
– Arrange bacon on top of meat and broil for 6 minutes, occasionally basting with marinade.
