| Whipping cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry onion soup mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Buttered bread crumbs | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked turkey | 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced |
Directions
Spread broccoli in 2 quart oblong baking pan.
Cover with water, cook in Radarange oven 7 minutes; drain.
Stir soup mix into sour cream; spread 1/2 mixture over broccoli.
Top with diced turkey.
Fold whipped cream into remaining soup/sour cream mixture; spoon over turkey.
Cover, cook in oven 10 minutes, turning dish halfway through cooking time.
Mix cheese and crumbs, sprinkle over casserole.
Cook 1 minute longer.
