Easy Tuna Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed chicken broth
1 cup quick cooking rice, uncooked
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup cooked Italian green beans
Directions
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add broth, rice, chestnuts, and soy.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Add tuna and beans; heat.
