Easy Tuna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado | 1 Small, peeled | |
| Watercress | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Tuna | 1 12 1/2 Ounce | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 10 1/2 Ounce | |
| 2 pieces crisp bacon, crumbled | ||
| Crushed potato chips | ||
Directions
Arrange avocado in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with watercress, salt and onion.
Heat soup, add tuna and bacon.
Pour into casserole.
Garnish with crushed potato chips.
Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes.
