Directions
Heat to boiling.
Let simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let steep 5-10 minutes.
Blend in food processor with steel blade or in blender.
Strain to remove tomato seeds.
Variation: If you can have corn, add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
Check ingredients for corn syrup and omit Worcestershire.
