Easy Thai Prawn Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| 1 tsp grated fresh root ginger | ||
| Red curry paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped tomatoes | 400 Gram | |
| 50 g sachet coconut cream | ||
| 400 g/14 oz raw frozen prawns | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium saucepan, heat oil and add onions and ginger; cook till softened
2. Add in curry paste and cook for another minute; pour over chopped tomaties and coconut cream
3. Allow to boil and then simmer for five minutes; add boiling water if too thick
4. Add in the prawns, cook fro almost ten minutes
SERVING
5. Sprinkle coriander on top and serve with plain rice
