Easy Taco Dinner Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Large, chopped | |
| Taco seasoning mix envelope | 1 | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tortilla chips package | 1 | |
| Head of lettuce | 1/2 , shredded | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Ripe olives | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is light brown; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix and water.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture onto chips.
Top with remaining ingredients.
