| Beans | 2 Ounce, sliced | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce | |
| Celery stick | 3 | |
| Watercress | 1/2 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |

| 1 teaspoon arrowroot, or cornflour | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Cut steak into very thin strips. In bowl, combine stock, sugar, soy sauce, sherry, salt and pepper, add meat; marinate 1 hour.
Drain well, reserving marinade.
Slice beans, mushrooms, celery and watercress.
Heat oil in large deep pan, saute meat and sliced onion 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add prepared vegetables, cook 5 minutes.
Blend arrowroot in a little water; add reserved marinade and arrowroot to meat and vegetables, stir well, bring to boil, cook further 3 minutes.
