Easy Stroganofif Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 10 3/4-ounce can condensed vegetable soup | ||
| 4-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Poppy seed | ||
| Drop Biscuits | ||
| 1 cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour | ||
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Combine ground beef and onion in 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 425° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; drain.
Stir in flour.
Blend in remaining ingredients except poppy seed.
Drop Biscuits by tablespoonfuls onto meat mixture.
Sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Drop Biscuits: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and celery seed.
Combine milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients all at once.
Stir only until moistened
