Easy Spanish Rice Recipe
Ingredients

| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

| Stewed tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |

| Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add green pepper and onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender.
2. Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
