Directions
1) Using a knife, cut the squash into quarters with seeds removed
MAKING
2) Into a pot, place enough water to cover the squash
3) Tip in the squash and cover with a lid, and bring to a rapid boil for about 20 minutes
4) Drain the squash into a colander and keep aside
SERVING
5) Serve the squash sprinkled with some salt and pepper, grated cheese or butter depending on choice
