Ingredients

 Turkey - 1 medium size, fresh or thawed
 Water2 Quart
 WRIGHT'S Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke - 1 bottle

Directions

MAKING
1. In a large deep pot, add measured water and stir in the Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke.
2. Immerse the bird in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning frequently to keep it covered with the liquid.
3. Drain the turkey from the marinade and discard the liquid.


SERVING
4. Roast the smoked turkey or cook as desired.
