 Ground round1⁄2 Pound
 Chopped onion1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped green pepper1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Ketchup1 Cup (16 tbs)
 No salt added tomato sauce8 Ounce (1 Can)
 Low sodium worcestershire sauce1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Dark brown sugar1 Tablespoon
 Garlic powder1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Reduced calorie whole wheat hamburger buns8


Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add ground round, onion, and green pepper.
Cook until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
Return meat mixture to skillet.
Add ketchup and next 7 ingredients; stir well.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Spoon meat mixture evenly over bottom halves of buns.
Top with remaining bun halves.
