 2 tsp vegetable oil or olive oil
 Green onions3 , chopped
 Green bell pepper1 Small, diced
 Corn kernels3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked

Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add green onions, green pepper, corn, tomatoes and basil (if using dried); cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes (8 to 10 minutes, if using frozen corn) or until corn is tender.
Add sugar; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped basil (if using fresh).
