Easy Seafood Mould Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (3 oz.) lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup hot water
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3/4 cup chopped or flaked cooked seafood (fish, crab, or shrimp)
Lettuce leaves, mayonnaise, paprika
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add tomato sauce, and stir well.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken, then fold in the celery and seafood.
Pour into a shallow pan; chill until set.
