Easy Salmon Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups loose-pack frozen mixed vegetables or one 10-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables | ||
| Corkscrew pasta | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), dried | |
| 2 green onions, sliced (1/4 cup) | ||
| 1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried dill | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2 6-ounce cans skinless, boneless salmon or tuna, drained | ||
Directions
In a large saucepan cook frozen mixed vegetables, corkscrew pasta, and green onions in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or just until pasta is tender.
Drain well.
Stir soup, milk, dried dill, mustard, and pepper into pasta mixture.
Gently fold in salmon or tuna.
Cook over low heat until heated through.
If desired, garnish with fresh dill.
