Easy Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| Loaf of frozen white bread dough | 1 (thawed) |
Directions
Cut the bread dough lengthwise in half.
Cut each half lengthwise in half.
Cut each quarter strip in 4 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball.
Flatten in the palm of the hand.
Place balls in a well-greased baking sheet with the sides of the balls touching.
Cover and allow to rise until more than double in size.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned.
For cloverleaf rolls: Divide each small piece (1/4 of loaf) into 3 parts.
Place the 3 parts in a well-oiled muffin tin.
Cover and allow to rise until over double in size.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until done and golden brown.
