Easy Rice Pudding Recipe
Ingredients

| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Rice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk | ||
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg or cinnamon | ||
Directions
Slowly heat milk.
Add rice, sugar, and salt and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add vanilla and cream or evaporated milk.
Cool.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon to taste.
