 Sweetened condensed milk1 14 Ounce (Filling:)
 1 29-ounce can cooked pumpkin
 Ground cinnamon1 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Ground ginger1/2 Teaspoon (Filling:)
 Ground nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon (Filling:)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F.
Mix filling ingredients together, beating until smooth. Turn into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Shell will be very full. Smooth top.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° F. and continue baking for 30 to 45 minutes until firm.
