Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| Solid pack pumpkin | 1 Can (10oz) (Filling:) | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling:) | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| Ground cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon (Filling:) | |
| 12 oz. can Pet Light evaporated skimmed milk | ||
| 1 (1.3 oz.) prepared Dream Whip (optional) | ||
| 1 1/2 cups crushed SnackWell's | ||
| Graham Snacks, fat-free (1 box) 2 Tbs. sugar (or 1 Tbs. sugar + 1 1/2 packets Sweet 'N Low) | ||
| 1 1/2 Tbs. liquid Butter Buds | ||
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pastry Crust:) | |
| Lite salt | 3/4 Teaspoon (Pastry Crust:) | |
| 1/4 cup Promise Ultra Fat-Free margarine | ||
| Cold water | 3 Tablespoon (Pastry Crust:) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix filling in order given.
Mix together crust ingredients and press into pie pan, sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
Pour filling into crust and bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° F.
and bake 40-45 more minutes (or until knife inserted near center comes out clean).
Garnish with Dream Whip.
If using pastry crust, prepare dough as you would for a regular pie crust.
After blending ingredients, form dough into a ball and roll out on a floured surface.
Place circle of dough in pie pan.
To prevent the edge crust on the top of the pie from getting too brown, place foil over the crust while it bakes until the last 10 minutes.
