Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| Pie filling | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Almond extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Yellow cake mix package | 1 | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine pie filling and almond extract.
Spread peach mixture in 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 4 minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle cake mix over peach filling.
Arrange butter slices evenly over cake mix.
Combine almonds, sugar, cinnamon and ginger; sprinkle over top.
Microwave at high (10) 12 to 14 minutes.
