1 Make a small slit in skin on each piece of chicken.
2 Dip chicken pieces in milk or water; drain off excess liquid.
3 Following package directions, shake in coating mix in the shaker bag provided.
4 Place chicken, skin-side up, on a microwave rack in a 12" x 7" baking dish.
5 Arrange meaty portions toward outside of dish.
6 Microwave, uncovered, at 100% (HIGH) for 19 to 21 minutes.
7 Rearrange chicken pieces once during cooking.
8 Check doneness toward end of cooking time; remove any done pieces.
9 Juices should run clear when chicken is pierced in thickest part.
10 Continue cooking the remaining pieces.
11 Serve hot.
