Ingredients

 Flour - 8 ozs
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Oil8 Tablespoon
 Ice cold water - 5 tbs

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 475° Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 In a bowl, sieve the flour and salt.
3 In another bowl, whip the oil and water together with a fork.
4 Combine with the dry ingredients and mix to a soft dough.
5 For the mixture into a ball and divide into two.
6 Lightly flatten each half into a round.
7 Roll each half between layers of waxed paper until the circle of pastry measures about 11 inches. This gives the thickness required for baking. 8 Keep the table top or pastry board slightly damp, the waxed paper will not slip during the rolling.
9 Carefully peel off the top paper and, using the edges of the under paper to hold, turn the paste into a pie tin or plate.
10 Press and shape.
11 Prick over base.
12 Bake for 12-15 mins.

SERVING
13 Use as desired.
