Easy Mincemeat Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Pastry for 9-inch pie shell | ||
| Prepared mincemeat - 1 1-pound 12-ounce jar | ||
| Medium-size apple- 1 , grated | ||
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Brandy | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 425°Fahrenheit.
2 Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pastry.
MAKING
3 In abowl, mix all remaining ingredients,
4 Into unbaked pastry shell, pour the mixture.
5 If the mincemeat appears too moist, bring to boil and cook to reduce moisture before filling the pastry.
