Easy Lasagne Recipe

This dreamy Easy Lasagne is the best I have ever tasted! The popular Italian Easy Lasagne which is served as Main Dish, is sure to tickle your taste buds. Beef is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. Ingredients

 
2 lbs. ground beef
 
1 Ig. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
 
1 (16 oz.) ctn. cottage cheese
 
1 lb. (4 c.) grated cheese (any kind I like mozzarella and Cheddar combined)
 
1 (10-oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles

Directions

Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef (and chopped onion if you like).
Drain any grease from the ground beef (can even rinse with warm water).
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray and layer: 1/4 the sauce, noodles, 1/2 the cottage cheese, 1/3 cheese, 1/4 more sauce, noodles, rest of cottage cheese, 1/3 more cheese, 1/4 more sauce, noodles, rest of sauce and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350° or until bubbling hot.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking, but increase baking time to 45-50 minutes.
