1/2 pound ground beef
 
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
 
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
 
1 tablespoon oregano
 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 
1 1/2 cups ricotta or cottage cheese
 
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
 
1 egg, lightly beaten
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
9 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
 
1 package (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Crumble ground beef in large bowl.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until beef is browned; stir once.
Drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, egg and pepper.
Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in 12x8-inch dish; alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 3 layers.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
