| Ground beef | 1/2 Pound | |
| Spaghetti sauce - 1-32 oz. jar | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Lasagna noodles | 8 | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Pound, thinly sliced | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a large bowl, take the meat and crumble it.
2.Into a saucepan, transfer meat and heat in high to brown it. Takes 2 to 3 minutes.
3.Stir and then drain.
4. Now add in the water and sauce.
5.Mix together egg, pepper, salt and cheese.
6.Take a oblong baking dish, and layer half the mat mixture at the bottom of dish.
7.Follow with layer of noodle,s cottage cheese, mozzarella and sauce.
8.Cook covered on HIGH for 8 minutes.
9.Heat covered on MEDIUM to LOW for 30 to 32 minutes.
10. Top with a layer of Parmesan.
11.Let stand covered for 15 minutes.
SERVING
12. Serve hot from the dish.
