Easy Lasagna Recipe Video
Quick, easy and delicious dinner! Great served with garlic bread and a salad.
Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 egg
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
28 ounces spaghetti sauce
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray an 11 x 7 baking dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, egg and spinach until well combined.
Spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of the baking dish or pan.
Top with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles.
Spread on the ricotta cheese mixture.
Sprinkle on the grated parmesan cheese.
Add another 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce.
Top with 3 more uncooked lasagna noodles and then your remaining spaghetti sauce.
Cover tightly with foil and bake in oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, remove the foil and sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
Return to oven for an additional 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
