Easy Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 pound lasagna noodles
1 pound ricotta cheese
1/3 pound mozzarella cheese, diced
2 teaspoons salt
6 cups boiling water
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Lasagna sauce
Directions
Spread noodles in 2 quart oblong dish.
Add 2 teaspoons salt to 6 cups boiling water.
Pour over noodles.
Separate noodles with a fork (they must all be completely moistened).
Cover, cook in Radarange oven 10 minutes.
Again carefully separate with a fork.
Cover, let stand 10 minutes; drain.
Using same oblong dish, spread overlapping layer of noodles on bottom.
Top with layer of lasagna sauce.
Dot with ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese.
Cover, cook in oven 10 minutes, turning dish around completely after 5 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
