Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream 'N' Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Egg yolks | 3 , beaten | |
| Vanilla extract | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Creme | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed |
Directions
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in whipped cream and cookies.
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Return leftovers to freezer.
Mud Pie: Prepare ice cream as above.
Scoop ice cream into a prepared 9-inch chocolate crumb crust.
Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate fudge ice cream topping.
Garnish with nuts.
