Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the pork strips with fajita seasoning

MAKING
2. Spray large skillet with cooking spray or grease with olive oil.
3. Heat skillet over medium high heat until very hot.
4. Add pork strips and sear them until lightly browned. Remove to a bowl.
5. Add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until onions are browned. Return the pork along with the juices to the pan. Sauté for a 4-5 minutes or until pork is cooked all the way through.
6. Warm up tortillas.

SERVING
7. Spoon stir fry down the center of the tortilla, top with 1/2 tablespoon cheese, fold or wrap or roll and you are good to go! Enjoy.
