Easy German Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper - a dash | ||
| Dried parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turkey bacon slice | 2 | |
| Liquid smoke | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan, add turkey bacon and cook till crisp.
2) Remove, drain and keep aside.
3) Use cooking spray on a skillet.
4) Mix in the onion and cook till tender and transparent.
5) Blend in soup, water, vinegar, sugar, liquid smoke and pepper and heat well.
6) Stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
7) Add in the potatoes, parsley and crisp, crumbled bacon.
SERVING
8) Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve.
