Easy Fudge Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 box Lovin' Lites Fudge Brownie Mix | ||
| 5.5 ounces Hershey's syrup | ||
| Egg Beaters | 2 | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Topping | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting: (or use Quick Fluffy Frosting)) | |
| Mint extract | 1/2 Teaspoon (Frosting: (or use Quick Fluffy Frosting)) | |
Directions
Brownies: In a large mixing bowl, stir all of the ingredients together until just moistened.
Spray a 9 1/2 x 13-inch glass casserole dish with a non-fat cooking spray.
Bake at 350° F. for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool about 10 minutes and spread Braum's Fudge Light Topping on top.
If you like a mint taste, you can stir about 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract into the fudge topping before you spread it over the brownies.
