Easy Fruit Compote Recipe
Ingredients
| 16 oz. pear halves in their own juice | ||
| 16 oz. peach halves in their own juice | ||
| 16 oz. whole apricots in their own juice | ||
| 16 oz. plums in their own juice | ||
| Peel from 1 orange | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Drain juice from all canned fruits into a saucepan, add orange peel and cinnamon to the juice.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer to reduce liquid to half.
Place fruits in a large bowl.
Gently fold to mix, while pouring hot fruit liquid over fruit.
Remove the orange peel.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
