Easy Frozen Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 lb. Brazil nuts, put through chopper (save 1/4 cup for topping)
3 tablespoons fruit sugar
Directions
Put wax paper in shallow glass dish; spread sugar and nuts mixture over it, then spread a brick of ice cream on top of the nuts.
Next cover with grated semi-sweet chocolate, and top with 1/4 cup Brazil nuts.
Freeze.
