Easy Does It Brussels Sprouts Recipe
This simple and easy brussels sprouts recipe is prepared with lemon for flavor. Cooked in water with added butter substitute, this brussels sprouts can be used with salads on just on their own as a side.
Ingredients
| Brussels sprouts | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup Butter Buds® | ||
| Seasoning without salt to taste | ||
| Lemon | 1 , sliced | |
Directions
1. Remove loose leaves, wash, and cut a slice off the stem ends of the brussels sprouts. Cut an X into the stem end to speed up the cooking time.
2. Boil, uncovered, in 1 inch water for 10 to 20 minutes. Drain.
