Easy Do Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiling water | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Beef bouillon cube | 1 | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Medium saltine cracker crumbs | 41337 Cup (661392 tbs) (About 18 Crackers) | |
| Beaten egg | 1 | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound |
Directions
In saucepan combine first 3 ingredients.
Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve bouillon cube.
In bowl combine crumbs, bouillon mixture, and dash pepper.
Add egg and meat; blend thoroughly.
Turn into a 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
