Easy Crockpot Round Steak & Gravy Recipe
Of all the courses Main Dish happens to be my favorite and Easy Crockpot Round Steak & Gravy the recipe that represents it. It is always prepared with a focus on Beef. Pamper everyone with Easy Crockpot Round Steak & Gravy as Main Dish. Not trying out this Easy Crockpot Round Steak & Gravy after reading about it is one of the biggest sins you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
2-2 1/2 lbs. round steak
2 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2-3/4 c. water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Cut up steak into serving-size pieces.
Place in crockpot.
Add other ingredients.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Gravy is good with potatoes or rice.

Delicious!!! I used 2 1/2 lbs of stew meat (just for ease since it's already cut up), 2 pkgs of onion soup mix, 3/4 cup of water, 2 cans of golden mushroom soup. I added a container of freshly sliced mushrooms, half of a medium onion (sliced), pepper, and garlic salt. Cooked in crockpot on high for 4 hrs. Served over mashed potatoes.

OMG!!! This was so good. It made my house smell yummy all day long. I added brown gravy too and super good. Easy to make and was awesome with potatos.
