Easy Creamed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 11-ounce can condensed
Kosher cheddar cheese soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
1 16-ounce can salmon, drained, boned, and broken in chunks
6 baked patty shells
Directions
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, cook green pepper and onion in butter at HIGH for 1 minute or till tender.
Stir in soup, mayonnaise, milk, and dillweed.
Fold in salmon.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 7 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
