Easy Cream Filling Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3- to 3 1/4-ounce package regular vanilla-flavor pudding and pie filling | ||
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream | ||
| Vanilla or almond extract | ||
Directions
1. Prepare pudding mix as label directs but use only 1 1/2 cups milk. Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
2. When pudding is cold, beat heavy or whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream with a few drops of extract into pudding until blended.
