Medium red cabbage - ½
 
Celtic sea salt
 
Whole carrots – 3, cleaned
 
Whole gala or any red apple - ½ to 1, cut into tiny mouthwatering pieces
 
Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
 
Hains or other Safflower Mayo – you can even make your own!

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grate the cabbage and carrots. Keep them aside.

MAKING
2) Mix the chopped apple and walnuts – you can also add raisins if you have a real sweet tooth!
3) Mix in the mayo to your desired consistency.
4) Add Celtic sea salt for taste.
5) Refrigerate before serving for at least a ½ hour!

SERVING
6) Serve the Cole slaw as a side dish.
