Easy Coffee Cake Recipe
Over the years I have mastered the art of making Easy Coffee Cake which I was taught by my family elders. You can serve Easy Coffee Cake as a yummy Dessert. Enjoy this dish with your kin and friends and get back to me with all that they have said.
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 (8- to 10-ounce) cans refrigerator biscuits
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; dip each biscuit into mixture.
Overlap in an 8- or 9-inch round cake pan in a spiral fashion; fill center of pan with remaining biscuits.
Combine remaining butter mixture with pecans; pour over biscuits.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
