Homemade Fudge Brownies Recipe Video

This is an easy chocolate brownie recipe that calls for ingredients you already have in your kitchen. No fancy chocolate. Its a large recipe that make about sixty 2"squares. You can actually make if for a crowd.

Ingredients

 
2 3/4 flour
 
1 cup coco
 
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
 
1 1/2 tsp salt
 
3 cup sugar
 
1 cup melted shortening
 
6 eggs
 
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Take flour in a bowl, add salt, baking powder and cocoa powder. Sift or mix the dry ingredients.
In a separate large bowl, place sugar, add melted shortening and blend with a hand blender. To this add eggs and vanilla, mix them well.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, add little blend then add more dry ingredients until everything is mixed.
In a 12X17 pan, put a light coating of shortening.
Put the batter in the pan and spread.
Pop the tray in the oven and check after 25 minutes.
If the stick comes out clean, no need to bake or bake for another 5 minutes.
Frost the cake with chocolate frosting or cream cheese frosting.
Cut the brownie to 2inch squares.
