 Tofu500 Gram, cubed
 Carrots3 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long
 Yellow bell pepper1 Large, cut into strips 2 inches long
 Mushrooms1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
 Bamboo shoot2 Medium, cut into strips 2 inches long
 Baby corn1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Garlic cloves6 Medium, chopped finely
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Oil3 Tablespoon (For frying)
 Ma po tofu sauce1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Water1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Making
1. In a pan heat oil, fry the onion, garlic and the chopped vegetables. Add some bamboo shoot and baby corn to the vegetables. Mix well and let it cook.
2. Finally add the tofu cubes, the Ma Po tofu sauce and a little bit of water. Combine it well and let it cook.

Serving
1. Serve hot with noodles or rice.
